Sunday was amazing!!!
Wow is how I would describe our services on Sunday. I just love the atmosphere and presence of God, the worship and the message from Ps Phil Godsiff and Ps Mike Griffiths. For those at the 5pm service you would have been treated to the amazing talent of people from our church and the CPIT Jazz School who performed a wonderful Bruno Mars song called Treasure.
I keep hearing comments of how friendly people are in our church. Members are inviting new people over for lunch. It’s so great to hear this is happening naturally throughout the church. Every bit of encouragement you give is building faith and love into those that receive it. Well done everyone and let’s keep focused on our Vision: To be a place where Hope is received and where Hope is released.
This Saturday is our big Volunteer Appreciation Picnic at Spencer Park. This is our chance to thank everyone that has helped to make this place great. If you’ve volunteered in any capacity this year, either regularly through one of our ministries or in one of our “one off” events then we want to thank you. Bring your family and lets us thank you in person.
Here’s the details again: Date: Saturday 8th November
Venue: Spencer Park Picnic Area 4 & 5
Time: 3.30pm till 8pm
If you haven’t RSVP to the invitation it is not too late just send a confirmation by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before Friday……
I’m looking forward to preaching our final message on “In His Presence” this Sunday. Make sure you don’t miss it as we end off with the great promise of God to always be with us.
Blessings and Love,
Nu and Taua
