Firstly I have to apologise for not blogging over the last few weeks. School and Public holidays really threw me out of sync. However I am now back and I have to say that I have loved the messages we’ve had here over the last couple of weeks. Ben Paton and Bronwyn Godsiff were outstanding. If you missed their messages please go onto our website and listen to it you will be greatly blessed.
Last week we had our first Church wide leaders meeting around 60 out of just over 100 leaders gathered and I was able to share and encourage. It’s great to know that we stand together in our desire to see our church become all it can be. To be a place where Hope is received and Hope released.
This weekend we are honored to have Ps. Murray Robertson speaking at our 10am and 5pm services. Murray was the pastor of Spreydon Baptist Church for 40 years along with his wife Marj and they saw a small struggling church grow to a worshipping congregation of over 1700 people. Murray runs a leadership network which I attend regularly, so I know first-hand how good he is. So please make this Sunday a priority, invite your friends and family they will be blessed.
Finally I would like to thank Tony Le Cren for sharing yesterday about his experiences fighting in the Korean War and briefly about what life had been like since choosing to follow Jesus.
I want to leave you with this thought as an encouragement to you. “God cannot love you any more or any less than he loves you right now”. Regardless of what you do his love for you is infinite.
As you go about your daily routines this week keep this one thought in mind. Meditate on it, let it sink in deep into your soul.
Cheering you on,
Blessings and love Nu and Taua.
